Bannockburn Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center is located in Bannockburn on the east side of Waukegan Rd. We are south of Half Day Rd. – Rte 22, two driveways south of Midtown Athletic Club, north of Deerfield High School and athletic fields, and one driveway north of Grace Corporation. Our building is a three tiered, red, brick, building that sits closest to Waukegan Rd. Please also note a photo of our curb signage in the facility photo gallery under the About Us tab.

Office Hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am – 12:45 pm - we break from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and resume seeing patients until 6:00 pm; Fridays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm with no break, and Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
